La vodafon mi aveva comunicato che aveva preso in carico la pratica. Ma al momento non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione che la disdetta è andata a buon fine. Non vorrei ricevere un'altra fattura.

Volevo disdire il servizio telefonia fissa a casa di mia mamma, anziana in rsa. Ho compilato form on line della compagnia, chattato con incaricati senza mai avere un risultato. Ho richiesto la vs disdetta on line casualmente il 6 gennaio, festivo, e immediatamente dopo ho ricevuto la notifica dell'avvenuta comunicazione. Ci hanno poi messo un mese giusto, non un giorno di meno, per rendere attiva la disdetta ma alla fine è andata. Come ho detto, dovevo risparmiare tempo e stress e interpellarvi prima. Grazie
