Cancel Arte directly

Do you want Arte to delete your data or at least not contact you any more? Then you can use your Right of Objection or invoke the AVG and ask Arte to remove your data from their files. This way, you can be sure that you will no longer be approached by Arte to take out a new subscription.

You can cancel Arte by telephone, but there is a chance that the Arte employee will try to persuade you not to cancel. If you can withstand this, then cancelling by telephone is useful because it is considerably faster than cancelling in writing.
