1. Search for the organization you would like to cancel on our home page by entering the name of the organization into the search bar.
2. Fill up the form with the required information and specify the date where you want the termination to be valid. Consider that the signature is generated automatically when you insert your name.
3. If the organization requires proof of your ID this will be the time to upload it, we provide an easy system that allows you to attach a picture of your ID in just 2 clicks!
4. At this point, you can decide to download the letter for free or pick your favorite payment method and let us do all the rest!
If the organization that you would like to cancel cannot be found, you can contact us directly via the contact us form. We will add the organization for you immediately to our database, so you can cancel without further hesitation.
Once you fill out the letter, it will be possible to download it in Word or PDF format and you can send it to the organization or use our sending service.
If you use our shipping service with cancellation guarantee, we will add a unique number to your cancellation letter. This way we can always find your cancellation, even if we have removed your data from our database. You will always receive a copy of the cancellation letter that we send to the organization from us. The unique ID can be found at the bottom of this cancellation letter.
A signature will automatically be created via our site. In compliance with Regulation (EU) Nr. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and which repeals Directive 1999/93 / EC, an electronic signature has the same legal value as a handwritten one.
In case you forget to sign the letter, our system will automatically enter a filler text (handwritten interpretation of your first or last name).
When you start filling out your cancellation letter, we automatically generate a signature based on the name you provided. This signature is accepted by the receiving organization, you don't have to worry about that.
Would you still like to add your signature yourself? Which can. Click on the pencil icon in the letter and you can sign it yourself. With a mouse this is a bit difficult, but on a mobile phone this is very easy!

Yes, of course. As soon as your cancellation letter has been sent by us, you will receive a confirmation from us. Have we sent your cancellation letter by registered post? Then you will also receive a track & trace link from us, with which you can follow the shipment.
It is possible that the confirmation email ended up in the "Spam" folder of your mailbox. If this is not the case, please contact us when you have not received the confirmation after 30 days.
Please note that it can take up to 30 days before you receive a confirmation of your cancellation from the relevant organization.
Still haven't heard anything after 30 days? Please don't hesitate to contact us. You can also call the relevant organization to request the status. When you are told there that no cancellation has been received, keep in mind that we always have proof of receipt of the receipt by the organization. In such a case, please contact us so that we can arrange this for you quickly and retroactively.
If in doubt about the processing of your cancellation, we recommend that you contact the organization directly. We always suggest checking the conditions for ending your contract.

Once we have received your cancellation, the cancellation letter cannot be changed. This way, we guarantee that the details of the cancellation letter can never be changed. Please contact us if you would like to amend your cancellation letter. We will refund the amount paid, and you can make a new one.
Good news! You can cancel your contract using your name and address, the organization will be able to retrieve your customer number using this data. When fulfilling our online form, as the field is required, (you can’t leave this field blank). If you have your customer number, though, we strongly suggest you include it!
Yes, you can do the process yourself by writing a letter or contacting the provider in person. We even offer guides to help you process cancellations yourself, you can download all the letters for free and send them yourself. We also provide all the information you need to contact the organization in question directly.
However, it would help if you remembered that this could take a long time, and you won’t have legal assistance. Our payment service is only an option for those who do not want to suffer the inconvenience of going through this process.

Registered letters are sent every Monday afternoon. As soon as we have received the track & trace code, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail, you will find a link that allows you to follow the transmission of your cancellation.
Depending on the direction, though, the delivery could take up to 7 working days.

Keep in mind that even if the letter is sent and delivered on the same day, the organization will not process it immediately, considered they will take the date you insert in the form!
If you create a letter at the end of the month, it may only reach the organization at the beginning of the next month. Which may affect the next subscription payment (we cannot refund this subscription payment).
